Hawaii I Residence. Sleeps 4. Charming semi-detached villa with an air-conditioned studio/cabin of 18m² on the ground floor in a quiet residence on the edge of the saltwater lake. Features a pleasant terrace, living area (with a sofa bed), equipped kitchenette, a children's sleeping alcove (bunk beds), and a shower room with toilet. Secure parking is available. Located 900m from the beach and 600m from the port.

Amenities: Air conditioning, TV, washing machine, large fridge-freezer, microwave, garden furniture, awning.
Pets are NOT allowed. Linens are not provided. Optional cleaning service is available at an additional cost. A €550 security deposit is required and will be held by credit card imprint. The bunk beds are only suitable for children under 16 years old.
