Summary: Experience the allure of a bygone era at "Hatton Ville," an iconic 3 bedroom South Leura property nestled in an enviable location just a short stroll from Leura Mall. This circa 1900's weatherboard home has been lovingly restored and extended, maintaining its historic charm while seamlessly integrating modern comforts including central heating, reverse-cyle heating & cooling in the informal living room, underfloor heating in the bathrooms and a fireplace in the formal living room.

As you enter the property you are greeted by high ceilings, a lovely hallway and a soothing colour palette. On opposite sides of the hall, you have a primary bedroom suite with an ensuite. The primary suite is spacious in layout and includes a dressing room, along with a stunning ensuite that makes for the perfect retreat. Across the hall is our second bedroom which includes two twin beds plus built-in wardrobes.
Moving through the house you will find a beautiful formal lounge room that has a north-facing window to allow plenty of natural light in, slow combustion fire and comfortable lounges making this space a great area to enjoy a book or to just sit and relax.
Beyond the formal lounge is the beautiful country-style kitchen. Sympathetic to the period of the house, the kitchen also offers pantry essentials, water filter system, a coffee machine and modern appliances if you feel like cooking during your stay. To
Entering the recently done extension of the property, you have a generously sized family/lounge room that has direct access to the Westerly-facing deck, another light-filled space with its timber windows & French doors. The lounge room also includes a 75-inch smart TV with complimentary Netflix provided by your host.
In the back half of the home is a picture-perfect larger main bathroom which boasts Carrara marble tiles, underfloor heating and a full-size bath, along with a good-sized third bedroom with reverse-cycle heating and cooling.
Each bedroom has plantation shutters and each bed has an electric blanket. All hotel-quality linens and towels are supplied by your host.
The house has central heating throughout plus a reverse cycle split system in the informal living room and third bedroom.
On the lower level, you'll find our laundry with washing machine and dryer together with access to the rear yard & covered outdoor entertaining area.
