Situated on the first floor, our residence promises a cosy and welcoming atmosphere for couples or small families looking for a break from everyday life.

The flat is practically and comfortably furnished to make your stay as pleasant as possible. In addition to a cosy bedroom and an inviting bathroom with shower, the flat is equipped with a range of amenities. A filter coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle and mini oven in the kitchen make it easy to prepare small meals and enjoy your holiday to the full. You can also do your laundry in the building's communal washing machine.

The outdoor area of the flat invites you to relax in the fresh Tyrolean air with a large south-facing balcony. The garden, which is designed for shared use with other guests, offers a peaceful retreat where you can enjoy the picturesque surroundings and the tranquillity of nature.

The location of our holiday flat is ideal for guests who want to experience the local culture and nature. Just 3000 metres from the village centre, you can easily discover the local hospitality and Tyrolean specialities. There is also a grocery shop just 10 metres away, making daily shopping a breeze. The entrance to the cross-country ski trails can be reached on foot in 50 metres.
