There were purple stains in two places on the wall. Several of the outlet covers were loose and made using the outlets difficult.

The beds were comfortable and, overall, the hotel was good value for the money that we paid but it was not the "8.4" that we had anticipated given the reviews. The rooms were older and not terribly clean (there was old, dried urine around the base of the toilet, for example). And there was a heavy frangrance used to perhaps mask other scents? The breakfast was good although the breakfast area was not monitored (clean up, refilling of items) as we would have expected.

The person that checked me in had zero customer service skillset and was rude. I hope she has some training to have better job performance. It was literally the worst check in I've ever experienced at any establishment. Hopefully this feedback will get the person some training to help her for years to come.

a couple of things, not sure who the guy was working the front desk, but he seemed to be made at the world. Not a happy individual! I also didn't like the paint overspray your painters got all over my truck. Probably will not stay there again.
