The fitness area was lacking equipment and it was small. The pool was too warm and didn’t have enough chlorine. The lounge/restaurant was closed for renovation. Carpet in the room was dirty/sticky and the room had a strange odor. The breakfast options were the same two days in a row and the fruit was canned fruit dumped in a vat of syrup. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was in need of some attention/decorating. We found either food or blood stains on a pillow and pillowcase and nail clippings on the floor. We did tell reception who apologised. We would stay there again--it was OK but some areas need improving.

Greeted by a Sweetheart at the reception desk, who could not have been more helpful. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly. Our room was showing wear but was very clean and the hiotel is going through renovation. Extremely close to Buffalo Trace Distillery. I would definately stay hete again.

Great location! They were out of bar soap and eggs for breakfast on our first day. We did not receive clean towels or maid service either. However, I picked up clean towels at the hotel check in desk, and soap. It rained inside of our room on our second day. At first I thought rain was hitting the window, but after observing it, the window was leaking and rain was dripping inside of the window, onto the window sill inside. The bed was comfortable though.

This property is in an excellent location and for the price was a "win." They advertise a complete remodel coming and we were told new owners as well. Once they revamp this property, it will easily double or triple in price as it has great potential! Our stay would have been excellent except our 4 night stay, we never had housekeeping come to our room. We had to go to the front desk for towels, shampoo, etc. All the front desk staff were friendly with the exception of one lady who acted put out with any request. Overall, I would recommend this place because of the location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The free trolley tour that picks up on Clinton street is fun and a great city overview.

The property was conveniently located to our event. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a group of children hanging out in the lobby and trashing it. Literally throwing their trash on the ground.
