Room was very clean no issues with it. Ice machine on the second floor was broken so my husband had to go to the third floor for ice. Ladies at the front desk was awesome checking in and out.

This hotel is starting to show its age but regardless my room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were better than average. Some minor issues in the room, HDMI cable was very loose causing the television to lose connectivity several times and the electric alarm clock began humming and making a high pitched noise during the night requiring it to be unplugged. Several dining options are within easy walking distance. I feel the price at this hotel is a little high.

The TV did not work. In fact, we stayed at 3 different HI Express locations in the last week, and NONE of the TVs worked! And it was not operator error. Your TV services suck.
