I was impressed by the admitting staff - very helpful. The other thing that impressed me was DOVE soap offered in the bathroom. I rarely see that. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby, not to mention the pod coffee pot in the room. We had a great stay at this Motel.

The hotel was nice enough, and I felt safe in the area. However, I had a terrible night of sleep. The mattress was hard and squeaky, the bed had only a sheet and a thin blanket on it with no extra blankets in the closet, the lights from the street illuminated the window and room all night, and there was a screaming baby across the hall all night. I did not enjoy my stay. If you need a place to crash and don’t care about sleep quality, this is fine. Otherwise, see if there’s another option.

Check in was confusing. They said I pre paid but still needed my card and charged it. She said they didn’t have any info in their system. At 10pm it was a lot. I had to make up the sofa bed myself and request extra pillows. Staff seemed annoyed when I called and asked for that. We had 4 in a king bed suite with sleeper sofa.
