The staff was great! We had a flat tire. The people at the front desk allowed us to stay in the lounge while it was being serviced. The reason we chose the hotel was an indoor pool. The pool was not open during our stay. If I knew this while booking, we would have chose another hotel. Also, one of the bed linens were stained from fresh coffee.

When we checked into our room, the door was already propped open, the TV was on and the bed had been sat on. Clerk said housekeeping must have done that by accident but it certainly did seem awkward. Requested another room but they were sold out. Probably my last stay at a Main Stay.

Spacious and clean room, newer facility, friendly check-in staff, convenient location close to Georgetown. Breakfast was so-so, workout room had free weights, but cardio was limited and elliptical was broken. Manager was very helpful with a booking issue.
