Very friendly. Room had a funny smell. Comfy beds pics are definitely not this location if they are they are very old. Pool could use chairs for handicap. The chairs they have are so low its impossible to sit on them. Over all ok stay.

I like that they have great breakfast every morning free and the clean indoor pool is open till 10pm.The ladies at the front desk where so nice and helpful they go the extra miles to make sure your stay is enjoyed. Ty red roof inn in Richmond Ky

Clean, comfortable dog-friendly rooms for those travelling with pets. Close to freeway, so very convenient. Very nice staff at the front desk, and the area and hotel felt safe for this single female traveler. Rooms for both my stays on this trip were very good for the price. One room had a slow-draining tub, and front staff was very responsive to putting in a work order to address it. Would definitely stay here again, especially due to friendly and kind front desk staff!

Nice place to stay at. We were there for over a week and they only cleaned our room once, we had to ask for it. We had twin babies and the diaper smell would get strong subsides. People were friendly and the place was a nice place

Very friendly staff and a large pool. The hotel is just starting to show its age. Everything was dingy, even after being cleaned. The toilet/plumbing made a constant knocking sound, half of the lights didn't work and the smell was a little unpleasant. The door to our room was very difficult to open or would not latch at all. Room number 314. We stayed in the same room last year and it was the same. It has never been fixed. Hotel is in a great location, but definitely needs some updating.

We made a reservation for my daughters Special Olympics state competition1 month and the app told me it was still available,when we arrived and tried to check in we were told they had cancelled our reservation and refused to give us our reserved room Then we had to find another room at another hotel. The staff at motel 6 told us that the reason they cancelled our reservation was to make more money by taking only those who were really a room and would pay what they ask. We stayed there last year and loved it but this year things were not the same will not ever stay here again and will tell everyone know in special Olympics not to stay at this hotel. I hope they are satisfied with the extra money they made, because it they.will loose more money in the future because special Olympics has thousands of people to this state games event and will inform special Olympics state office of this situation.☹️ Janice Fugate

Honestly, this wasn’t the best hotel. We couldn’t even get towels due to them not having enough for the whole hotel ? That’s crazy. I paid 250 to stay there and they didn’t even clean our room. Didn’t even have towels and linen. Had to run to the desk to get toilet paper so we could use the bathroom…. I think if I’m paying lots of money to stay. You’d think they’d have the supplies needed to stay there. Honestly ridiculous. And will be trying to get a refund.

I booked over 6 months ago and I get there for them to tell me they were over booked by 16 people and told me to call Expedia for other availability in the area. Did not bother calling me ahead to make other arrangements or offer any help. Was very rude as we’ll acted like it was my fault they was over booked.

The ice machine on our floor was broken, and the pool was ice cold. The room was pretty tidy , but nothing special. Also, the tv is very small, and the remote didn’t work all the way correct. Mainly upset about the pool being too cold to swim

Okay, I gave a poor housekeeping rating, but let me explain. When we arrived, the room was clean. Absolutely no complaints with the cleanliness upon arrival. The issue came after our first night. Maybe theyre just different, but every other hotel Ive ever stayed at, housekeeping visits your room daily (makes the beds, leaves fresh towels, washcloths). We left out for a day of activities the morning after we arrived. Got back to the hotel around 11pm to find there had been no housekeeping visit. No fresh towels, no washcloths. The biggest reason this was an issue was because we hadnt been left enough bathroom linens to begin with. We rented a suite that sleeps 6 people and there were only 2 bath towels, 4 hand towels, and 2 washclothes in the room to begin with. Since the same 2 bath towels were used by 6 people after showering that morning they were pretty much soaking wet. Had I known they werent going to leave fresh ones I wouldve hung them to dry. Being I expected new ones, I tried to be courteous and left all the wet linens in a pile in front of the bathroom door. The hand towels had to be used in the bathroom as a make shift bath mat. Our suite (314) had a major issue with the shower curtain. The shower rod was either installed incorrectly or has broken down and the curtain wont stay closed on the end closest to the shower head so the floor basically ends up with tons of water on it after showering.
