The park behind the house was an added perk as we were able to walk the path and enjoy the playground. This is a great location in Lexington, very convenient and loved the park just a 5 minute walk away. Property was overall clean, but living room furniture was stained and needed a deep cleaning. Yard could also use some maintenance. Great amount of space for our family and was very well stocked with everything we needed and kitchen was well-equipped.
