Disliked: Cleanliness
We were very disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of this home. Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was how dirty it was—there were long black hairs all over the wooden stairs, popcorn in the cabinet next to the trash can, and no trash bags in any of the bins. It was immediately clear that the home had not been properly cleaned.The issues continued throughout the house. There were dishes left in the drying rack, stained couches, a dead mosquito inside the refrigerator, a broken cabinet in the upstairs bathroom, and very dirty walls in the main bathroom. Basic kitchen items were also missing, such as oven mitts.The bedding situation was especially frustrating. The main bed did not have a fitted sheet—just a loud mattress protector and very flat, uncomfortable pillows. When we checked the closet for sheets, we found multiple fitted sheets folded in the closet, but all of them were still damp. We attempted to wash them, only to discover there was no laundry detergent provided and balls of old lint on the windowsill.To make matters worse, the back door was unlocked when we arrived, which felt unsafe given we were unfamiliar with the area.Overall, this property did not meet even basic cleanliness standards, and we would not recommend staying here.
