The customer service walking into the door was excellent. Deborah the front desk representative was kind, sweet and friendly. She was warm and welcoming with my grandson after our trip to the nearby Polar Express. She gave us information about the area and made us feel really at home. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

We loved everything about our stay. Beautiful room, clean and comfortable. Loved breakfast. You have an exceptional employee, Deborah Walser. She helped me with securing a first floor room and making sure I could keep it until my husband was released from the hospital. Deborah is five stars and above; you are lucky to have her. I also have to say all the employees I interacted with were great. Thanks for a great stay!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would have loved to give 5 stars but the rollaway bed given was filled with animal hair and stains so cover was never cleaned. Shower could have been cleaned better too.

Staff was great however pool never opened due to rain which is unacceptable Let people decide themself if they want to swim in a little rain or not If not thunder and lightning it’s safe to swim Our hall had a huge area where there was a leak that the ceiling tiles where left open for days definitely a huge eye sore
