Room was very clean as was the bathroom. It had everything you needed and it was all clearly labelled. Kingsize bed was really comfy. Curtains were blackout so no light got through. Situated in a lovely quiet area so there was no noise throughout the night. Throughly enjoyed the room. Had no issues are complaints.

Very convenient for M6, very useful. Clean spacious bathroom (shared with 3 other bedrooms - was this in the info?), very comfortable bed and nice decor. Chris, on request, brought us an extra chair and extra cups. My sense of no.86 was of an upmarket HMO. I did wonder what the fire safety arrangements were as only permitted exit was through the kitchen to the back door.
