In the village of Lézignan-la-Cèbe, 3 minutes from the historic town of Pézenas and the A75, 20 km from the beaches, near lakes and rivers, in a rural impasse at the end of the village: a privileged location for this typical Languedoc property with free parking. Housed in a former winery, we welcome you to an area entirely dedicated to guests. You will benefit from an independent housing with the neat decoration, comfortable and modern. The sleeping area communicates with the spacious bathroom, equipped with a large shower tray anti-slip open space, a comfortable and functional toilet, a heated towel rail and access to the toilet independent and private. You will be seduced by the travertine stone floor. The suite transports you into a universe conducive to relaxation and warm with a parquet floor. You have a bed quality 140, a bedside lamp, a desk and a closet designed to install you at home.
In the living areas, you will find at your disposal: a living room with fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, robots ...)

In summer (July and August), you will enjoy the leisure area of ​​the property to relax in the privacy of the natural park of the castle of Roches Fleuries, part of which was acquired by the Bastide Lou Roc who has preserved this space with adapted facilities: wooden swimming pool of 7x4m, wooden terrace and pergola, vegetable garden in permaculture, wild and domesticated animals ...
In order to respect the tranquility and comfort of each, the leisure area is open from 10am to 19h (July and August only), the suite and the public areas are non-smoking areas, pets are not allowed.
The Bastide Lou Roc also offers you a plate of freshness, tapas and other seasonal refreshments to consume on the terrace of the pool.
For your convenience, the village has a bakery, a tobacco bar and a grocery store. A pharmacy and a doctor (without appointment) are at your disposal. In Pézenas (3kms), you will find several supermarkets and shops including stalls in the historic center where you can stroll through the pedestrian streets.
