This recently renovated residence combines historic charm with modern comfort through elegant furnishings and premium details that tell stories of past eras.

The villa includes a private heated pool and whirlpool, inviting you to unwind surrounded by the breathtaking landscape of Lake Como. A private sauna adds to your exclusive wellness experience.

Due to the villa's location and the area's topography, there is a main road in front of the villa and a railway behind it, which may cause some disturbance for particularly sensitive guests. From June 15, 2025 to September 15, 2025, the railway will be closed, eliminating any related noise during this period.
