Der Vermieter hat unsere Kaution erst sechs Wochen später zurückerstattet, obwohl im Vertrag 14 Tage vereinbart waren. Ich habe mehrmals angerufen, SMS geschrieben und E-Mails gesendet. Belvilla habe ich zweimal kontaktiert, war aber nur per Chat erreichbar. Das ist sehr ärgerlich. Der Vermieter hat außerdem überhöhte Beträge für Strom, Wasser und Gas einbehalten.

We hebben een super weekend gehad met ons gezin. Het huis is wel gedateerd maar prima slaapkamers en een hele grote keuken. Eetkamer ook ideaal voor een grote groep! We waren met 15 personen dus eten en Spelletjes kon daar heel goed. De omgeving is ook prachtig. Durbuy bowlen bij Adventure land en een wandeling rond het Coo meer. Watervallen gezien.

Schon als ich ankam, war niemand da, der eine Bestandsaufnahme machen konnte... Ich musste den Besitzer anrufen, der mir sagte, dass er sie unter einen Topf hinter der Unterkunft gestellt hatte... also keine Bestandsaufnahme am Eingang und keine Ausgabe mehr. .. also kennen wir unseren Verbrauch (Heizung, Strom, Wasser usw.) nicht, dann von den 9 Zimmern... eines war wegen eines Wasserlecks außer Betrieb, von den 4 Duschen liefen 3 nicht mehr ab ... bei 20 Personen ist es ziemlich kompliziert... es wurde eine Whirlpool-Sauna eingebaut... nichts war funktionsfähig. Mir wurden 200 € für die Reinigung berechnet, während auf der Baustelle 135 € angegeben wurden... im Grunde haben wir viele Komplikationen. .. das war den Betrag, den ich für die Miete der Unterkunft zahlen musste, nicht wert. Ich weiß nur, wie man ein Foto macht, aber außerdem war die Unterkunft nicht sehr frisch.

Tolles Haus und nette Besitzer, auch guter und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Schade ist, dass zwei Badezimmer aufgrund einer von den Mietern seit April festgestellten Undichtigkeit geschlossen wurden. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und hoffen, dass das Leck schnell behoben wird.

Vespa en Ardenne

Das Haus hatte für unsere Ansprüche alles was man braucht. Draussen konnte man überdacht sitzen oder sich mit einem Stuhl auf der Wiese einen herrliche Weitblick genießen. Die Betten waren sehr gut und alles andere hat auch super gepasst. Vielleicht sind im nächsten Jahr wieder hier.

Ondanks vroegere, eerder negatieve beoordelingen op deze site, toch voor deze woning gekozen (we waren met een grote groep en er zijn niet zo heel veel huizen met 30 bedden). We zijn aangenaam verrast, de woning was netjes, zowel de slaapkamers als de keuken. Het is natuurlijk geen nieuw huis, maar alles was in orde. De eigenaar is een heel vriendelijke man. We hebben bij hem ook vlees voor de barbecue besteld, en hadden eten voor 2 dagen ) De omgeving is supermooi, heel leuke wandelingen gemaakt. Prijs kwaliteit is dit huis zeker een aanrader!

Très bon accueil dans une grande maison bien entretenue avec un plus la salle avec le jacuzzi , le sauna et le hammam au 1er près des chambres . Nombreuses salles de douches en bon état. N'hésitez pas à commander des viandes pour un barbecue ou autre le propriétaire est à la source, c'est lui qui les prépare dans l'atelier juste à côté de la maison. Goûtez son boudin et son salami artisanal , un vrai régal. La maison est très bien située dans une région magnifique avec plusieurs balades à faire. Encore merci à José et à sa charmante épouse pour leur gentillesse et leur bon accueil.

nous avons loué ce gîte pour fêter les 80 ans de maman,nous étions une trentaine de personnesnous avons été très déçus par le logement et par le manque de sérieux du propriétaire. Les photos sont malheureusement trompeusesles pièces à vivre(salle à manger,cuisine et bar) sont situées au sous sol sans autre ouverture vers l'extérieur qu'une seule porte vitréele lave- vaiselle était en panne,le sauna ne fonctionnait pas, les chambres et la literie n'étaient pas propres. Nous y avons séjourné fin octobre 2018 et venons seulement de recevoir le solde de notre caution ( d'où mon commentaire tardif) et ce grâce à l'intervention de Belvilla qui s'est montré efficace à ce sujet. N' y aller surtout pas !!
