The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is furnished in the typical local style and functionally equipped. FOR ARRIVALS ON 20/05/2026 and 21/05/2026 and 22/05/2026 and 23/05/2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are exempt from this. ++ PETS:: Only small dogs up to 20 kg allowed. Please specify the size of your dog when booking++.

Lignano, district Sabbiadoro. Parking space (for 1 car) in a local car park (distance 300 m). Each apartment has 1 numbered parking space (either in the courtyard of the house or 300m away).

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (3 m x 7 m 1.20 m deep). The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting.

Shopping 150 m, restaurant 100 m, town centre 3.3 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 250 m in Lignano Sabbiadoro (beach 250 m in Lignano Sabbiadoro with sand).

Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchenette in the living room with gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer.
