The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, making it ideal for preparing meals during your stay. A shower room complete with bidet and WC serves this level. From the ground floor, you have direct access to a partly roofed terrace and a small garden with a lawn, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
