Our stay at the Marriott Kauai Beach Club was okay overall, but the arrival experience was very frustrating. Our flight was delayed and we notified the hotel, yet it still took over an hour for the airport shuttle to pick us up around 12:30 a.m. When it arrived, it couldn’t fit our entire group, so we had to wait for additional shuttles—exhausting after a long travel day, especially since the resort is only about 2 miles from the airport. We also requested rooms close together, but our group ended up scattered throughout the resort, which was very disappointing. We have stayed here many times and this time was very disappointing and did not have good customer service.

The room was clean, not spotless but clean, certain areas could have used so TLC, like air vent were dusty and the bathroom had mold in the door seal, besides that we enjoyed our stay and the pool area, the view is really nice and the grounds at the hotel are very well kept
