清潔で高級感あるホテル。受付は英語対応。しかし場所が地図と異なり香格里拉大道の反対側、道を挟んで高速バスターミナルの反対側にあるので注意。

리장 시내에 위치하여 고성지역보다는 조용하고. 가격대비 휼륭한 객실, 아침식사가 좋았습니다. 그리고 매일 객실에 조그만 선물과 케이크를 제공하여 감동했슴.

可以考慮入住此酒店！

酒店的服務算不錯,送了些小東西,也很值得給個讚。整體環境不錯，熱水很熱，冬天最好了，但有時需要放冷水很久才能有熱水。缺點是走很長的路才到達房間，房間亦偏少，但價錢優惠，可以考慮入住此酒店！

交通方便和良好的服務，還有酒店大堂和房間的WIFI超好和快捷。

本人今次與丈夫一起到雲南一次輕鬆遊，我倆從香港飛昆明後轉機往麗江。在出發前打了個電話到酒店查詢，問酒店服務員從麗江到酒店，除了打的之外，有沒有其他交通服務？服務員客氣說：我們可以選擇搭機場大巴，機場大巴的終點站就在他們酒店對面，每位人民幣20.00，過了馬路，步行不到十分鐘就可抵達。當我們到達時，攪了大半個小時也無法進入酒店房，於是我問他們有甚麼出錯？他們解釋說我們的確認信的地址是對的，但是他們的電腦資料並沒有和HOTEL.COM這個網絡聯系。而他們的房間當天已全滿，只剩下一間標準房，而沒有我所訂特大雙人牀已沒有，要求我們取消手上訂單，用同樣價給我們那標準房，我說不行，那我要付兩邊房價，於是打電話回港，要求HOTEL.COM，幫我查究。前後過了兩個多小時，終於安排了我倆入住那標準間。他們禮貌對我們道歉和帶我們入房。除了這個不愉快外，對他非常好，這酒店交通非常方便，酒店對面就有大巴直達香格里拉，城中的大研古城和朿河古城在酒店門口有個公車站可直達，非常方便，於是我們在這裏多住一晚，前後三個晚上。
