Excellent assistance from owner and staff, location great if you like to walk, look and hopefully learn something😀. An upstairs room is possibly better than a courtyard one if you are not partial to late night returnees or check in’s.

Friendly and helpful staff. Met us at the entrance to old town and moved our luggage in (even though late arrival and pouring rain). Lovely quaint courtyard and simple quaint room with good king bed and warm shower. Staff helped us arrange transport for Tiger Leaping Gorge day hike and tickets to a live performance. Like other places it is best to have WeChat set up in advance for communication and if you want, for payment too. Special commendations to staff Bob and Roxana for their warm welcome, copious amounts of tea, and assistance. We would come here again.
