A botched booking

Pros: Did not get to experience it!
Got to check in desk and told hotel overbooked and they had relocated us to Hotel Bellevue at the same rate. I thought we had a confirmed booking! As it happened Hotel Bellevue was first rate, great facilities, nice room and friendly staff.
