The staff were great the food was lovely. We had to get hot water sorted as geyser was not on and the shower was slow at draining. Electric points disconnected. The place needs some maintainance. However I enjoyed my stay because staff were so helpful.

Absolutely horrendous. Never in decades of traveling the world have I come across such an establishment. The staff were incredibly rude and incompetent, and the advertised services (room, running hot water, A/C, taxi service) were not made available or were double and triple charged. Inexcusable service
