The apartment was perfect and very spacious for our family. The doormen were very nice and very helpful when we needed help. The view from the balconies is spectacular, you can’t really beat watching a sunset over the ocean every night. It’s walking distance to a grocery store and plenty of restaurants.

The location is amazing. You are able to see the sunset straight from the balcony. Bill was very accommodating and very quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Miraflores, Lima.

Best Stay in Lima to date!!

Overall we were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. Over the years we have rented many different properties in Lima and this was our best stay so far. We hope to use this property on future visits. Our hosts were honest, quick to respond and very attentive and I want to thank them for that.

This was our second stay at this particular site. We enjoyed it so much the first time we came back this summer. My husband and I enjoyed this unit very much. We enjoyed our stay MiraFlores The view was spectacular. The three washers and two dryers was an extra boost. No need to rent a car if you can walk a few blocks everything you could possibly need is available.

Amazing location, beautiful view, excellent layout at the 2 story condo.

We had a wonderful time at the location. Everything is walking distance and can't beat the view from the 15th floor. Owner is friendly and super responsive. Can't wait to come back soon.

This property is really amazing. The views were amazing at all hours. The place is also super quiet as it is on the 15th and 16th floors. I have zero complaints. We stayed 38 days, and are returning for another 40 days in a week.

Great Property, Great Location, Great Host

Four adults stayed at this property. This is a very comfortable, beautiful property with ocean view in a prime location. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend this property. Also, Uber is very economical and easy to access to get around the city.

Responsive owner, clean and centrally located

This is our second stay (first was in 2019) and it was a great as we remembered. The apartment was clean and everything in good working order. What issue we had with television reception was resolved quickly by the host - who was responsive to our texts and even sent someone over to resolve the issue for us. The location is ideal as we were able to walk to many parks, restaurants and the outdoor mall area as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lima ocean view

Incredible place. Why stay at the Marriott down the same street for up to 4x the price, without balcony access, when you can stay here with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and 2 balcony accesses? Perfect view of parasailing from either balcony as you are literally the same height. Highly recommend. Well worth the cost. Wonderful contact with the property manager.

Amazing week in Miraflores!

We had a wonderful time at Bills apartment in Miraflores. It has more than enough space for our family and was very clean and well taken care of. The view was magnificent at sunset! It was centrally located for walking to the supermarket, outside activities and restaurants. The host was quick to reply and easy to work with our crazy schedule we had. We can’t wait to come back and visit for longer.

Absolute must stay for families

We were very happy with this property, especially it being our first time with VRBO. Communication before and during our stay was quick and attentive. The property was magnificent in an ideal location in Miraflores with walking proximity to many sites. The view of the ocean was spectacular. Each person has privacy. Each room had heat for our winter visit. Laundry was very helpful to do for our family. Bonus was the Señora who cooked for us. Highly recommend and hope to return in future.

Many rooms with a view

Best view of Miraflores. Excellent location with nearby restaurants, grocery stores and tourist attractions. Everything was within walking distance. Waking up to the view of paragliders and the sound of the ocean was a great way to drink your morning coffee. The property even came with a private parking spot. Check in was simple and many smiling faces to give you a hand if needed be. Knowing a little Spanish helped. Highly recommend this property with a grand view.
