Disliked: Cleanliness
The host totally diappeared. He never sent me instructions to access the apartment. Even VRBO customer service could not reach him. I suspect he decided to rent to another renter at a higher price because there were lots of visitors from Brazil in Lima that weekend. I was left without accomodation in the middle of the night and VRBO did nothing to help me other than offer me a refund.
