Functional kitchen with fridge/freezer combo, electric cooking range/oven, microwave, & electric coffee pot. Dining room table/chairs & nice living room furniture. Television. No local or satellite TV service. Propane forced air heat.
Outdoor picnic table area with fire pit beside creek. Cell service & free wireless fiber optic wi-fi available.
Safe sturdy wood corral space available for overnight horse stays. Electric water tank or water spicket and hose.
