I was here a couple days ago, and the return one more day after a short trip to Paracas. This time, something I didn’t like was that the hotel close the pool for a private event. But never received a notification, I think they should let the customer know if they will have a private event.

The airlines lost our luggage and the hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful to help us retrieve our lost luggage. They helped us make phone calls and translate with local airline staff. Hilton products & services have always been good to us.
