Disliked: Cleanliness
The location was perfect, and the apartment itself is very well laid out and ideal for hosting a group. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and overall the space had great potential for our party.Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean upon arrival. There was a significant amount of dust throughout the unit, including on the tables, chairs, floors, bedroom closets, and dressers. The dishes, utensils, and kitchen towels had not been washed prior to our visit. The rim around the pool was covered in black dirt, making the pool unusable during our stay, as we were concerned about cleanliness and even staining our clothes.Due to allergies, we cleaned the kitchen tables and chairs ourselves so we could comfortably spend time on the patio. I also cleaned the bedroom closets and dressers before using them. I brought my own sheets, but still experienced some breathing issues while in the apartment. My family was able to enjoy the stay only after spending several hours cleaning.There were also maintenance concerns. The microwave was heavily rusted and sparked when used, and the coffee machine contained old leftover coffee. The stove initially did not have a proper gas connection, though this was fixed quickly by the manager. Despite multiple requests, no professional cleaning was provided during our stay.It manageable for us since we mainly used the apartment for sleeping. I would book the apartment again but plan to bring my own cleanning service.
