I am writing this review to share my extremely unsatisfactory experience staying in this apartment. From the moment I arrived, the condition of the property and the way the owner handled my concerns made the stay very uncomfortable.The owner had told me to contact him with any issues, which I did. However, whenever I reached out, he was unprofessional and acted as though addressing the problems was a burden. This made the entire situation even more frustrating.I was traveling with my elderly parents, and moving to a different property would have been extremely difficult for them. Because of this, I had no choice but to spend my own money to get the apartment into a livable condition, especially since I had rented it for a whole month. On top of that, we were told that new telecom installations were happening in every unit, so someone from my family had to stay in the apartment to let workers in—very inconvenient and something we did not expect.When I informed the owner about all of this, his response was simply to “do what I needed to do,” with no offer of reimbursement for the expenses I incurred.Overall, this rental was far from acceptable, and the owner's lack of support made the stay stressful and unpleasant.I have details of everything that went wrong, but it won't let me add them because I can only enter so many letters.
