Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cleaning fee: USD 5.0 per room, per stay.
• You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Peru value-added tax (VAT) at 18%. A VAT exemption is available to travellers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing that they are not a resident of Peru. The exemption only applies to stays in Peru not exceeding 60 days.
• Deposit is payable by PayPal and is due within 72 hours of booking the reservation.

• Airport shuttle fee per child: USD 22 (one-way), (from 10 to 18 years old)

• Pet fee: USD 8 per pet, per night
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Crib (infant bed) fee: USD 8.0 per day
• Rollaway bed fee: USD 6.0 per day

This property is managed by a professional host. The provision of housing is linked to their trade, business or profession. This property has outdoor spaces, such as balconies, patios and terraces, which may not be suitable for children. If you have any concerns, we recommend contacting the property prior to your arrival to confirm that they can accommodate you in a suitable room. This property accepts cash, mobile payments and PayPal. Long-term renters welcome. For guests' safety, the property includes a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system and a first aid kit in all accommodation.

• Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorised responsible person. Accompanying adults may be asked for both their and the child's ID as well as any duly notarised supporting documentation. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Peruvian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
• According to Peruvian law, cash is not accepted for payments over PEN 2,000 or USD 500. Payments greater than these amounts must be settled by credit card or other methods approved by the property and local law. Payments cannot be split between currencies.
• One child aged 3 years old or younger stays free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
• Pets are welcome in certain rooms only; other restrictions apply (please see the Fees section for related charges). To make arrangements for your pet, contact the property directly at the number on your booking confirmation.
