NO HOT WATER.!!!! Be prepared to shower in cool water. LOVED the self check-in, no forms ti fill uo, no doorman to tip. BUT : an online query to the hotel by the e mail/system on the TV, resulted in no reply whatsoever. Orherwise VERY nice colour mfortable rooms
