Falsely Indicates Laundry Onsite, Overall mediocre

Disappointed in the fact they advertise laundry (we specifically selected this when searching) only to find it doesnt exist at the hotel… it exists in town. May as well say there is a castle and train stop in the hotel because they also exist in town. Seriously - fix the way it is advertised, it is dishonest. The rooms were ok, ours was pretty beat up, but useable. Ventilation was poor, so with no AC the room did feel warm. Location is great, onsite restaurant is good, and otherwise the price is decent, but overall zero tolerance for the false advertisement on the laundry. We packed and specifically booked this stay mid-trip due to this and couldn’t have been more disappointed.

Nice Stay

This is a good hotel in the downtown area. Easy to walk to tourist stuff. The staff is very nice. The room was big, clean, and comfortable.

Limerick is a walkable city and your hotel is in a good location. We walked across the bridge and went down two bridges crossed and came back on the other side twice. It was great. Also the train station was nearby.

One elevator didn't work. No internet in the rooms and had to move rooms and still no internet. Cost me money and they refuse to reimburse me. I couldn't do my work needed. Terrible service. My daughters room was infested with bugs. I emailed them 3 times and have not received any call back. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The hotel was noisy, it appeared to have a number of families residing in it. Most evenings the sound of children playing or running up hallways on another floor. The hotel also needs a refurb and is looking tired and grubby inside. Only plus was the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.
