Check-in didn't have my reservation in file or at all. Staff wasn't properly trained and I felt bad but took a while.. she kept insisting I put my reservation under a different name, I kept saying I didnt why would I... just a mess.. place was outdated... pictures looked nice but the feeling was blah... only stayed for one night...but didn't like it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Pool/jacuzzi was so-so. Rooms were very noisy though. Heater was periodically very loud and woke us up throughout the night. Could hear every step a person took in the unit above us. Some small ants in the bathroom too.

Mold on the sheets, hairs on the pillow cases, vomit dryed on to the side of the mattress, floors filthy, air heat vents full of dust and dirt, empty nut shells on floors, scum up the glass shower doors. Told the front desk. She was going to talk to the manager. I never heard back.
