Feel right at home in this bright, cheerful end unit townhome, 3br, loft, 2.5 bath, approx 2,000 sqft. Two living room areas make this ideal for families with kids who want their own space. Bedroom (queen) upstairs with dvd/TV and full bath. The afternoon light illuminates the cozy bear den loft which is is great for a nap, remote working or kids corner with TV. Main floor has an open floorplan with large screen TV, wood fireplace, great for entertaining . A/C in main/upstairs. Half bath on main floor, front and back porch. Enjoy your coffee on the rocking chairs with a woodland view. Pool table and large screen TV downstairs, two bedrooms (queen and twin/bunk), full bath, walk out to the back yard. Downstairs is cool in the summer and very cozy warm in the winter. Sports center 0.25 mile walk with indoor and outdoor heated pool, gym, tennis & pickleball courts. 1 mile to Loon Mountain and shuttle service. Hiking trails, river, shops and restaurants all within a 5 minute drive. Wine tasting, breweries, arts theater, mini golf. There is something for everyone here!

Relaxing Home away from Home

Just sadly ended our long weekend at this lovely, serene home. The beautiful fall foliage could be seen through the many large windows. It was so gorgeous! Sue was very communicative from the minute we reserved her home. The condo was spacious and comfortable enough for the entire family to be together as well as be able to retreat to our “own spaces”. The pool table in the lower level was a big hit with the teens! Sue has been very thoughtful with everything “her guests” may need. The bathroom, kitchen and pantry were all very well appointed. The condo has two parking spaces that lead to a convenient short path to the entry. It is also located off the road in a quiet association- but conveniently located next to the Kancamagus Highway, and within 5 mins to shops, grocery and restaurants. Have no fear in reserving - this condo will not disappoint!

Great vacation spot

We don't go away often on a big family trip like this one, but we may just start! From the beautiful, well kept grounds to the immaculate and inviting interior, this roomy condo really hit the spot. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and to just chill. The open floor plan and high ceiling, the well appointed living and dining space, the well stocked kitchen, pantry , bathrooms, etc., and the comfortable beds really made the difference in our vacation. The owner was very pleasant, communicative and a pleasure to deal with. It was clear that she went out of her way to ensure we had an optimum experience, and she was certainly successful! Highly recommended for your next get away!
