The Fox Den by JEI Rentals | Loon Mountain

Welcome to the Fox Den, hosted by JEI Rentals! We offer our 2 bedroom open loft-style townhome without any cleaning or owner-based administrative fees! New in 2024, we now have air conditioning with our new Mitsubishi mini split system installed. Now guests can be assured they will be comfortable regardless of the temperature outside. It is perfect for those looking to enjoy the Lincoln area any season of the year! Hiking, biking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and skiing are all practically outside the front door as we are directly across the street from Loon Mountain Resort and the Lincoln Loop Bike Path. No matter what you prefer, the Fox Den is perfect for you as you will have all the outdoor activities at your fingertips.

But if relaxation is on your mind, our townhome supplies it! Relax while sitting on our expanded deck and listen to nature (just feet from the protected White Mountain National Forest), go for a drive down the Kancamagus Highway and experience all of its scenic beauty, head up to Franconia Notch State Park, or head down to the town of Lincoln and hit up the restaurants and shopping.

As a member of the Loon Village Swim & Tennis Club, all the amenities of our charter membership are extended to our guests (max 6 guests). This includes 2 indoor pools, 2 outdoor pools (seasonal), 3 indoor hot tubs, 1 outdoor hot tub (open year-round), a sauna, locker rooms, a game room, and an exercise room/gym. All this is just a short 5-minute walk. A ski shuttle is also available directly outside your door on weekends and most holidays during the ski season (schedule subject to change, see shuttle schedule for start date, exceptions, and end date at Loon Mountain Resort Shuttle Service).

FYI:
- This home is not recommended for anyone with mobility issues due to stairs being required to access the home as well as to utilize either bedroom as well as the only bathroom.
- We do not allow any illicit drug use (legal or illegal drugs).
- We do not allow any excessive drinking and/or exhibiting of disruptive behavior in our community or to our neighbors.
- We have a ring camera located outside the front door monitoring the front door, walkway, and parking lot and a separate camera monitoring the rear of the building near the steps to the rear entrance. These cameras are for ensuring security of the unit, especially during uninhabited times in between guests. Please do not cover or attempt to disable cameras.
- This is a non-smoking property. Cigars, cigarettes, and vaping is not allowed inside or outside the property, within any community buildings or on community grounds.
- Pet allergies: Please be aware that although this unit does not allow pets, the homeowner does bring their cat to the unit from time to time (approx. one weekend per month).
