Very much so on both. Waited to be checked in for about 10 min. Person very rude. Walks up what do you want? Really? Honest if we had not paid before hand we would have left!! Omg the pillows. Throw them away. Cause it was just like not having any at all. Should have had a raid. The hall was very bad burnt weed! Not going back
Good size tub. And had nice hot water. Had small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. And very thin small bar soap.
Toilet was very low like something in a pre-k school for little kids. Was hard to get up had no railing. Not good for older people or someone with an disability
Beds was ok. They was string bed and little lumpy. But the pillow needed to be throw away. They was so flat. Had 2 per bed and still need at least 1-2 more to get the size of a cheap Walmart pillow.
Didn’t care for the colors. Dark blue with very light blue/grey color bathroom door and frame was panted black.

I stayed here for years multiple times but had been some time until this recent stay it changed owners and can see that by how it changed by the look of the building a different color sign on building the building looks more ran down not as many cars in parking lot this lot used to be so full couldn't hardly find a place to park and I would say that the old owners took more pride into who they would let in as guests I felt like I was staying in a homeless shelter not as a paid guest at a secure lodging the hallway smelled like pee so I don't know if there was animals but when I asked if there had been animals in that room he just said the rooms with animals are at the other end and he just walked up and down the hall with a can of air freshener also not the most talkative friendly staff

Everything was good except for the refrigerator. It did not have a freezer for my ice bags lol. Front desk could not give me two keys for the room because they were short on keys... Also I had to go down and get bedding for the pull out couch because they were not prepared in the room.

After the drive in from Omaha, the first thing I did (after check in) was walk into the restroom. There was somebody elses board shorts hanging from the shower curtain rod. I almost left right then and there. My friends talked me into staying as they were all staying there as well. I wouldnt stay there again. I couldnt find the hotel across the parking lot in the app, otherwise i would have checked out.

WORST HOTEL EVER!!! We stayed in room 214 11/1/25 and the front door would not lock. We notified the front desk as soon as we attempted to check in. We were told to lift up on the door but never got it to latch. We told the front desk when we were leaving for dinner at 4pm. They said it would be repaired. After we returned, the maintenance worker said he fixed it and we got a new key. When we returned, the lock was still not working and you could open the door simply by pushing on the door. The maintenance guy came back, replaced the lock for 45 min and it still didnt work. At 1:30am, the lady from the front desk and the maintenance man offered us room that had NOT been cleaned and had fruit flies in it. They offered to fix it again, but it was already almost 2am, and we were exhausted so we went to bed. DID NOT sleep at all during the night because I didn't know if someone was going to come in our room since the door never locked! The front desk lady was very nice, but she couldn't do anything without the owner's approval...which never came. I simply want a refund, and that's not happening. I sent emails to the owners, Hotels.com with no results. This is so disappointing. Terrible customer service.

Very nice staff, bed was very comfortable, room was ok, but not bad for the price. The carpet really could have used a vacuum. There was also a strange guy walking around outside loitering. He was still around the next morning. Pretty sure he didn’t have a room there but maybe I’m wrong about that. The heater in the room did not regulate the best. It was either chilly or sweltering lol, but glad it at least worked. I’d probably stay here again.

The room was okay. I believe there was blood stains on the floor or red paint on the floor. The breakfast options were very limited only biscuits and gravy and some bakery items. Otherwise okay for a 2-3 days stay.
