The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was dated but clean. The air conditioner was very noisy and rattled all night. Overall, a reasonable price and clean place to stay.

Room smelled of heavy disinfectant. Window was also open upon arrival (to improve smell)? OLD Motel with old furniture, carpeting, everything. Hotel rates were about 3x overpriced, but since we booked at last minute in heart of Fall Foliage season, they up their prices dramatically.

Had a great stay at Parker’s . We booked at last minute during peak fall season and were still lucky to get at reasonable rates compared to their other competitors in neighbourhood. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, special mention to Front desk staff named Zakir who was very friendly, professional, nice and helpful, he greeted us all, we booked 2 rooms as we were family of 5 plus 2 infants. Zakir took great care of us by providing 2 big rooms together, greeted everyone well, took great care of us next day at check out. This Motel is at great location for all activities in white mountain , very close to everything. Would love to come again

Very nice older hotel with clean room and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was great, right outside our door. I would definitely recommend to family and friends looking for a nice economical place to stay. Its close to many sought after outdoor recreational sites.

Well located for Franconia State Park and Cannon Mountain Tram. Staff was very accommodating. Our room had a deck overlooking the trees. Property is a bit dated but OK, and a good value.
