I would rather save my money than to ever spend another dime here. I disputed my charges with the bank. I originally reserved a double-bed room, but came in and they said we don’t have that available. Mind you, I paid EXTRA fees for that room. I said I want a refund, they didn’t agree to it. The room they showed me was so dirty and unpleasant. The pictures advertised online are NOT what they actually look like in-person. Horrible service, horrible staff, horrible hygiene. Took my family and left to another hotel. Absolutely unacceptable and horrendous. SAVE YOUR COINS.

Clean place to put your head. Great towel! The "business center" was non existent (a small tablet) and that was one reason we chose this place. The desk staff didn have anythink to say and just pointed to our room.

While my expectations on a 50 dollar room were low, I was extremely disappointed to find there was no cable box connected to my tv. The conduit for the fire alarm was hanging over the sprinkler and my sheets had stains. The basic furniture was pathetic. My desk had a pull out drawer that was torn off and stuffed neatly out of plain sight behind the desk. Also why are there two refrigerators but no iron or ironing board. I had to replace my door key twice after it failed to open my door. Again at 50 or 75$ a night my expectations were low, but the basic amenities listed should be provided, and a certain amount of pride y to be maintained for the services provided.

Consider staying elsewhere

Two things stood out: 1. We were not welcome. 2. The lobby smelled like a cannabis dispensary. As for my first point, Bob Marley released a song based on Haile Selassie's 1963 United Nation speech in which he elaborates, "Until the color of a man's skin is of no more significance than the color of his eyes, me say war." And for my second point, as a non-smoking property, if I was burning down in my room I'm almost certain I'd be hit with a penalty. When I walked in with my family it smelled like downtown Denver on the 20th of April! The aroma permeated our room as well. Go outside to burn like everyone else. Now, to be absolutely clear, had the hotel staff treated us as customers, (valued or not) instead of a burden, I would not be putting them on blast. Weed does not bother us, it's 2025!
