The room was small & clean but the bathtub handlebar was broken off & the shower curtain wouldn't close correctly so water got on the floor. Room did provide personal care conveniences & a hair dryer. Room was close to busy road & noisy. The printer did not work at checkout & must have been a trainee as she had some trouble. This was ok for a 1-night stay but would want more comfortable for a longer stay.

Everything was great, staff was great and beds were comfortable. Area at night was a little eerie. Broken down cars in the parking lot of the hotel though a few with flat tires. Not sure what’s going on there.

I checked into my hotel room 202 and I was very very disappointed. There appeared to be either blood stains or some red stain on the bed sheets, pillows were dirty, yellow stains under the sheets, and most disgusting there was bugs on the bed and inside the shower and toilet. I want a complete refund of the deposit I made checking in and as well as the amount I paid for the room. I do not like to be a person like this but I have the pictures to prove everything. (Still haven’t received my refund!)

Difficult to maneuver due to no elevators for convenience. Unable to obtain buckets for ice, even after checking with the front desk. Accidently spilled a bowl of rice on floor. Was told by cleaning staff just to cover it with a towel. No assistance in cleaning it up. Disappointed in service.

The building is outdated which makes the property feel kind of dirty. The hallway floors were incredibly squeaky, our bathroom had toothpaste on the back of the bathroom door, and dirt in the corner behind it. The bed/mattress was clean though.

Fine for a game weekend

Close to Memorial Stadium and Bob Devaney Sports Center. The bed was comfortable but the shower needs replaced... definitely showing it's age. The breakfast was extremely lackluster but there are plenty of options near the hotel.

The bathroom needed a deep clean. You can tell railroad or other construction workers stayed as the shower was grimy with oil & grease. In fact we known there were railroad staff as the sign said that on the door. I’m not discriminating I know from my own husband traveling & working construction.
