Nice little spot for a weekend. Lots to do around Lincoln and Campton NH. We enjoyed some hiking to waterfalls, stopping in at cute coffee shops, thrifting and swimming. House was nice but definitely tiny. Would recommend!

Nice spot on the river

Nice location right by the river. Bathroom was exceptionally small, but functional. I think housekeeping or the proximity to the river allowed a mouse to get in, but he didn't eat much. Anyways, price and location is great.

Wonderful family getaway

This is my 3rd time staying at Pemi, this time under new ownership and I have to say it was just as wonderful and smooth. I was thankful for the upgraded couch. My family loved it, I definitely had a blast I only wish we could have stayed longer. The only thing I would change is the ability to get in touch with staff. They’re pretty prompt in their responses so it’s okay but they really do like to leave you be and enjoy your stay. I only wish the office had been open so I could have perused more amenities to purchase for my stepdaughter. Otherwise, absolutely perfect! Thank you so much! Can’t wait to go back again
