Die Ausstattung war OK gewesen und die Lage schön Zentral.

Pros: Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und sie hat zügig geantwortet. Cons: An der Wohnungsausstattung sind einige Punkte verbesserungsfähig: - im Bad (ohne Fenster) geht die Lüftung nicht - anderer Duschvorhang/Vorrichtung (beim duschen hat man den ganzen Vorhang in der Duschwanne liegen und das Wasser kann raus laufen) - Stockflecken an der Duschwanne - Bad: Deckenstrahler ohne Funktion - Hygieneeimer im Bad fehlt - großzügigere Ablageflächen könnte es geben - im Kleiderschrank ist eine Seitenwand ausgerissen - vollständiges Besteck/Geschirr - Fußbodenleisten teils lose oder fehlen - die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig (Altbau) - eine Parkplatzinfo wäre schön gegessen: Parkmöglichkeiten außerhalb von Lindau z.B. P3. Wir waren tagsüber unterwegs und haben vom frühen Abend bis zum nächsten Vormittag meistens um die 11€ bezahlt.
