At this luxurious old town duplex apartment the concept "old meets new" has been realized uniquely. In the attic of a beautiful old town mansion, the well-known architect from Vorarlberg once again created an extraordinary object.

The exposed timbers and the specially designed fireplace create a warm and cozy atmosphere.

In the 130 square meter apartment, divided into 3 rooms with additional kitchen and roof terrace, momnetan with wooden bench set (new launch set is ordered), even for the discerning guests nothing to be desired. The object is equipped for a maximum of 5 persons. Due to the open staircase not suitable for toddlers.

After a successful day at the lake, conjure up a fancy menu in the spacious kitchen with open cooking island and enjoy it together with a glass of wine on the roof terrace with views over Lindau and Lake Constance.

The Lich-flooded bathroom and the free-standing staircase make this object something very special. Upon request, or if you are arriving with more than 2 guests, a second bathroom is available.

Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. A pull-out is also available. Parking authorization card for the public parking spaces P3 and / or P5 is available for 2.80 € instead of 7 € at the vending machine is optional bookable. Dogs are allowed on request. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.
