Vacation apartment Lili 10 - Cozy studio on the island of Lindau, in the middle of life

On the Lindauer island is this open non-smoking apartment with underfloor heating for up to 3 people.
 
1.5 rooms on 50 sqm with fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine with integrated dryer and other electrical appliances. A cozy dining area, living room with TV, stereo. The partitioned alcove with wardrobe, shower room and toilet complete the beautiful atmosphere for relaxing hours. Wi-Fi access is provided free of charge.

The apartment is newly renovated in a typical old townhouse Lindauer and modern furnishings. A seating area with table and chairs for outdoor use is on the alley. Long term bookings are possible from November to April (price on request).

For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Dogs allowed on request (fee 50 Euro). Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible. Only two minutes walk to the popular lakeside promenade or the seaside resort. Not far to the Swabian restaurant "Zum Raichlebeck" or the theater cafe.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit Parkplatzstress

An der FeWo, der Ausstattung und der Lage gibt es nicht zu meckern. Das Fahrzeug muss auf dem Festland bleiben. Mit Shuttle und Stadtbus auch kein Problem. ABER : Parkzeit 9.00 Uhr bis 22.00 Uhr ( Nachts kostenlos). Das heißt, man muss 9.00 Uhr einen Parkschein lösen, die Kontrollen sind streng. Ein entspanntes Urlaubsfrühstück entfällt. Das hat uns schon gestört. Alles andere wie gesagt ist top.

Alles war vollkommen! Die herrliche Stadt, sehr bequeme, modern eingerichtete und unglaublich saubere Wohnung, dazu viele Restaurants und Cafes in der Nähe - das alles macht den Urlaub zum unvergesslichen Erlebnis :)

Idéal pour un couple qui veut visiter Lindau à pied et qui aime le calme. Nous avons eu besoin du propriétaire qui a été disponible immédiatement. Le système de remise des clefs est très pratique et permet de s’installer sans déranger. L’appartement est très propre et très fonctionnel et la literie est parfaite. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Komfort und bequem eingerichtet und war sehr sauber! Durch die zentrale Lage auf der Insel Lindau war alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Beim nächsten Besuch wird die Wahl wieder LiLi 10 sein!

Alles Super, die Wohnung war für 2 Erwachsene und ein großes Kind richtig geräumig, in echt hat sie uns noch besser gefallen als auf den Fotos. Der Stern-Abzug ist für die EG-Lage, die vorher bekannt war.
