I enjoyed my stay here. The front desk staff could not have been nicer and kinder and that really is the most important element. I found the hotel room itself to be a little dark and drabby but a totally livable space. Also the rooftop is quaint and gorgeous, and it was pleasant to hang out up there. I like that they offer a breakfast that I did not take advantage of. And as for the location, even though I'm not big on the uppiry parts of town, which is where this hotel is located, it was away from the main busy Square, which I loved and close to my favorite part of town, which is Chiado. I walked everywhere from this hotel and was well taken care of. I would stay here again.

I loved my stay at the Altis Prime Hotel. The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. Every day we received small treats like chocolates or fruit, which was a nice touch. The little kitchenette was a huge plus—very useful when traveling with kids, especially with jet lag and late-night food requests. The hotel was quiet, with thick walls, and located in a peaceful area. The location was also very convenient, within walking distance 15- 20 min to tourist areas like Baixa, Chiado, and Alfama. We even visited Sintra by train (about 40 minutes), but I would recommend taking an Uber for Sintra or Cascais beach, especially if you’re traveling as a family, since it was more comfortable and only about 30 minutes to the beach. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Area is quiet. Room was huge, clean and really comfortable for our family. Close to high end shopping. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Supermart and supermarket nearby. Good breakfast spread at the hotel. Front desk staff are very helpful with recommendations and any tour reservations. Train stop within walking distance. Lisbon has a LOT OF HILLS. Keep this in mind during your walking explorations and wear flat comfortable shoes. Everywhere is within a 30 min walk up and down thise hills. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Service was excellent and Julia was very welcoming and accomodating as we've requested for two rooms that we wanted to be close together. The food options were good. The wi-fi and chargers could be improved as it was a bit slow and not workong at times. Location is in a nice quiet neighbourhood and is within walking distance to Avenida de Liberade.

Great hotel in downtown Lisbon

Great hotel in downtown Lisbon. The reception staff were very friendly. Orlando at check-in made it easy, and at check-out, the gentleman who helped us get a taxi at 7am local time on the 12th of July was very helpful, helped with bags and spoke to the taxi on the phone and in person. Breakfast was generous and good. The entire family enjoyed it. We got a spacious room over 65 square meters in size. Fridge was good to have, same for microwave, toaster and silverware. All in all, my family and I enjoyed the stay, at a hotel that felt clean and safe, yet accessible from a good location near Principe Real
