An apartment in an old building completly restored. Air Conditioning. Garage availability and booking will need to be confirmed.You dispose of six single beds that you can turn into three double beds of 1.60m x 2.00m. You are in the center of Lisbon, within a couple of paces from two of the most spectacular view-points of the town: Nossa Senhora do Monte (80 m) and Miradouro da Graça (300 m). The street breathes the calm of a small village, and though, all kind of shops, restaurants and transports are a few steps forward. The famous tramway nº28 which drives you to the main centres of interests crosses the street. From that hill, the highest of the capital, you can get to the lanes of Alfama, the castle São Jorge. A lot of restaurants are waiting for you, and they propose typical plates such as sea-food and grilled fish. You can eat eat in the neighbourhood for six euros per person, we have good restaurants to commend you. Welcome to Lisbon!

An excellent wine bar nearby and Italian restaurant with excellent pizzas. Fun shops and food a short walk as well as groceries and easy access to stop 5 on hop on/off bus

Our stay in Lisbon was made all the better given our stay at this Graca neighborhood apartment. The owner met us upon arrival, reviewing information, providing tips, etc. This was a huge help as was the apartment info notebook. Thank you, Joao!The layout, the amenities (we lacked for nothing) and THE AMAZING VIEWS...the Tagus River, the Castelo Sao Jorge right from our windows. There were two miradouros nearby. Although very busy during the day, an early morning walk offered great views, peace and tranquility. Truly an ideal place to stay! We were right in the Graca neighborhood with a big grocery store (Pingo Doce) nearby and many restaurants and shops steps away. We enjoyed meals at several places and as well the pastries at the nearby bakery. La Matta Pizzeria, Sant' Avo, (excellent Portuguese fare and atmosphere), Haweli Tandoori to name a few. We chose to use taxis or ubers when it was too far to walk as opposed to public transport. Ubers worked great to get to Lisboa Oriente and Santa Apolonia stations for day trips to Evora and Porto. Note: there are tram, bus stops very close by (tip: buy the Navigante card or the Lisboa Card-if it makes economic sense given your plans). The walk to/from the Castelo was fun, strolling through the Graca neighborhood, visiting local shops. Don't miss the Castelo nor the Museu de Azulejos.I can't say enough good things about this apartment. We looked forward returning to it each day after sightseeing. Highly recommend!

Clean apartment with elevator and AC. Good location with restaurants close by. Use trams and Uber to get around as the hills are very steep. If you have a car reserve parking early. I would stay here again.

Nice apartment in great location. Lots of bars nearby to watch the glorious sunsets. Juano was very accommodating for check in and met us directly after our flight landed.Photos accurately reflect the apartment. Only negatives are air conditioning was problematic in one of the bedrooms and the locks/keys are difficult to use.

Beautiful castle view from every bedroom window! We enjoyed our stay in mid-August completely! The beds were very comfortable and we had every amenity we needed. We loved the charming Graça neighborhood, away from the crowds and noise and tourist traps. The Miradouro was steps away, and we were able to pick up a Tuk-Tuk there on Friday night without a prior reservation. Bolt car rides down the hill to most sights were were just a few minutes, and around 5. Oakberry juice bar, a great breakfast spot, and grocery store were just 2 blocks away. Lisbon's Tiles shop is close by, and far superior for souvenirs and gifts than the tacky tourist shops. The host was friendly and professional and left many great recommendations for us in a binder on the table. I'm so grateful to Joao for providing such a great place for us to stay!

This apartment/condo was an absolute gem! The location was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean! It was a spacious apartment with exceptional views. The three bedrooms were large and comfortable, though the mattresses were quite form- something that seems to be typical in Europe so far. The owner met us at the apartment and gave us a quick tour. The AC worked great!There is a grocery store 1 minute away and plenty of good food nearby. When we come back to Lisbon, we will stay here again!

Great apartment in a great location! Very walkable, with lots of restaurants and shops close by. A very nice grocery store less than a minute away. Beautiful views. Joao is an excellent host! The apartment was well-stocked, which made it easy to cook. We loved Lisbon and would definitely stay at this apartment again.

The 3rd floor apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. We really appreciated the elevator!! The bedrooms had wonderful views from their small but lovely balconies. The inside was comfortable and bright. It’s in an area that was easily accessible to the old world charm of Lisbon, Graca! Close to restaurants/coffee shops, bakeries, and shopping. The courtyard below was a place for locals to gather and kids to kick football/soccer balls. We felt a part of the neighborhood. Thank you Joao!

Great location in the old part of the city.

The property was in a good location. It's in the old part of the city. Steep hills was a bit tough for one of our group but at least the rental has an elevator. Streets are all cobblestones so leave your heels at home. The host was spot on with any request, he was over in a jiff.
