This was simply the most beautiful hotel I had ever stayed in. The check in was easy and welcoming. Unfortunately we only one had one night but we will be returning in the next months to really enjoy. The bed was amazing and the amenities were impeccable, clean and comfortable!!’

I had a wonderful stay at Browns Central Hotel during my recent trip to Lisbon. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, which made check in smooth and stress-free. The location truly could not be better. There was so much within walking distance. Zara is literally a 5 to 7 minute walk away, and I even took a cooking class that was just one minute from the hotel. There are countless shopping options and places to eat nearby, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The Folks quickly became my go to coffee shop for matcha, lunch, and chai tea during my stay. The room itself was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Room service at the hotel was spectacular and more than enough food to enjoy and relax after a long day of travel. I also appreciated the small but meaningful touches, like being able to borrow an umbrella when needed and leave my key at the front desk when heading out. Overall, the combination of excellent customer service, clean and stylish accommodations, and unbeatable location made my stay truly enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Location- amazing. Walk everywhere with sights, shops, restaurants, transportation at the doorstep. Hotel - clean, unique with a lovely bar, drinks and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, comfortable, generally quiet, thoughtful and lush fully appointment. As a North American- rooms and bathrooms are smaller (European size), hallways are bit dark but it’s the hotel’s design element

Hotel is in a great location for walking to sites. Unique design and furnishing. Bar and reception staff exceptional. Housekeeping could use a check list to ensure items used are replaced daily. We booked the breakfast included option, which I would not do again. Breakfast had great selection, however due to containers with no lids the warm items were luke warm. I would recommend Dutch ovens to keep items warm like in other hotels we’ve stayed.
