The place is so cute and the staff are kind and extremely helpful! The rooms are spacious and the shared bathrooms are always kept clean. The area is nice with a big supermarket, restaurants and is across the road from a train station that easily goes into the city centre and the airport. Walls aren’t the best sound proofed so would recommend ear plugs for any light sleepers. Overall a lovely and welcoming stay!

The hotel was very clean with location ease of access to public transit. Breakfast was on time provided with sufficient food and fruit. Snacks and coffee milk was accessible until evening. Cooking facilities available and large public space for guests to share when eating. All the staffs were very kindly and helpful all the time. We definitely recommend this hotel to others. My stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff was engaging and provided me directions and helpful tips about things to do around town and how to avoid tourist traps. The entire place was VERY clean. I was concerned about the shared bathroom situation, but I need not have been. It was very clean and I never had to wait when I wanted to go to the toilet and/or bath. The location is directly across the street from a metro station which was VERY convenient. The guest house is in a bustling area near a grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants, but my room was quiet and very restful. I highly recommend this place - and plan to return when my plans take me back to Lisbon.

I was a bit worried since it’s a shared bathroom, but it was consistently clean, which I really appreciated. You can tell this place truly cares about its guests. There’s always a coffee station and fresh fruit available, which was perfect for me — I could grab some on my way out or enjoy it as an afternoon snack, something that’s not easy to find while traveling. It was the best little bonus for me. I also want to express my gratitude to all the staff for their kindness.

I'd love to give this place full marks. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was lovely and varied. The building has an amazing location, right next to Saldanha metro station, which connects you easily to the airport, train station and the rest of Lisbon. But...my stay was loud and I had trouble sleeping a few nights because of it. I suspect I got unlucky with a street-facing room, but if you're a light sleeper, it's something to consider. There was significant street noise a few nights and some lack of courtesy by other guests when entering the hotel late at night.

Most things were great, especially the staff, except the most important thing when it comes to a sleeping arrangement: the sleep. This was the noisiest place I've stayed in my life. Sounded like someone was moving a grand piano down a flight of stairs at one point. I don't get what is going on in this guest house for there so be so many frequent "crashes" in the middle of the night. Invest in some door closers so your guests can sleep.
