This was a beautiful duplex that had everything we needed. It was in a central location next to wonderful resturants and shopping. Very comfortable. We will stay here again.

The host was not helpful. They do not respond via the VRBO app. They send an email with information to contact via WhatsApp or email. I tried contacting via WhatsApp and got automated responses. Email was slow to respond, if at all. We had six people staying for six days. They only gave us one towel each, we quickly ran out of soap because the bottles were not filled when we arrived. When asking for more soap they essentially said no and to buy it ourselves (which we also already to buy several other things). I have never experienced any of this in any other rental.

Great location and secure. All amenities are there to make your stay enjoyable. I had to knock off one star due to the beds. One bedroom is good, the other is minimalist with a hard bed, and the third one is like sleeping on a coral reef. With new bedding this place would be awesome.

Plenty of cafes, shops and bars nearby and not far from Timeout Market and Pink Street. Lots of space and two full bathrooms are a luxury. Kitchen was well appointed although we did not cook. Air conditioning worked well, but one bedroom only had a fan. We were a group of five and really loved the place. One downside was the elevator was not working during our stay and lets just say its not easy to haul luggage up four levels.

Great location, lovely unit

Located centrally, everything was easy to reach on foot or by tram, yet it wasn’t noisy or crowded. The unit is lovely, we loved the wood details and exposed beams. The window operations were hard to figure out - don’t use hands folks! We enjoyed Lisbon.

Excellent communication from landlord re: arrival and access,etc. Perfectly located for local cultural, dining and bars, and easy access to the tram and metro network to travel further afield. The apartment is fantastic: spacious, well appointed and equipped.
