Large apartment was a good fit for our family. Pros: location, ample space, good beds, ac minisplit in each room. Working refrigerator.Cons:3rd floor, one remote for all minisplits. Some furniture needs to be thrown away.

Very good apartment a bit off the beaten track

Quiet neighborhood, good AC, nice kitchen. We loved "Brunch by DRI" nearby for mornings and Bom Bom Bom wine bar for late night drinks. Bit of a hike to other places, but Uber worked great. One closet drawer fell apart on Day 1; we notified management immediately, but it wasn't fixed by the time we left.

We enjoyed the property very much. I checked with the group about the table leg that was broke and my sister said she noticed it was cracked when we were eating the first night. She said it was already broken. We only ate at the table one night and did not use it otherwise. Most of the furniture in the place was a little old and outdated but we did not break the table leg. Comfortable, clean and good location

Apartment was well furnished and with all the necessary modern appliances. Great views of the old city from the living room. Fully stocked kitchen - only issue was there were no dish washing or drying towels; only one drying towel was provided. Apartment was clean when we arrived, with plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Air conditioning in all bedrooms, and the main sitting room. Two bathrooms are great for families. The stove is an induction system and only the small element worked for the coffee boiler - took us a while to figure this out. The unit is on the fourth flight of stairs even though it is listed as a second floor apartment. Within relatively easy mainly downhill (but up hill coming back) walking distance to most of the the old city, except the Belem district where you should take transit. Property management was very good at communicating and being available to discuss some initial issues we had with internet and the stove. Apartment is beside a bakery and small grocery stores, and easy walking distance to restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment and found it a great option for our family of 5 - 16 years and older. Would stay again.
