Apartment was pretty small but adequate. None of the basic supplies were there such as spices, sugar, flour etc. Maybe being American we are use to vacation rentals having all the basic supplies to cook with so we dont have to eat out every night.. There were 3 of us and only 3 towels were provided. No extra towels no facecloths at all. I had to go buy some. Minimal toilet paper, again had to go buy some. No hair dryer and no conversion plugs so unable to even charge cell phones. NO SMOKE DETECTORS! Shower doors broken and shower leaked all over floor everytime we used. Again no towels to wipe up water. Also asked to pay Lisbon tourist tax (asked to leave on table of 18 euros. Also asked to leave additional 20 euros for cleaning on top of the 25 included in rental thru VRBO). Shouldn't that be paid thru VRBO? or was this just extra income for home owner?? Would not stay there again.

Antonio was a wonderful host. His communication was excellent. We arrived early and he allowed us to leave our luggage while he prepared the apartment for our stay. We were grateful and went exploring Belem. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was great, near restaurants, attractions, tram or trains. We love walking and that worked too. Antonio checked up on us to make sure we were ok and even brought us umbrellas on a morning of rain. We look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful location!

This apartment is just perfect for a stay in Lisbon. All of the Belém sights to see are in walking distance. The bus route to the Alfama, etc is a short walk. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook if needed. There is a small but complete Mercado very close by. Antonio was a wealth of knowledge and history of the area. Just delightful! Thank you!

The apartment was clean, quiet and as advertised. The location is great, out of the city centre, so quiet, but easy access to buses, trains and trams. Everything you need is in walking distance, groceries, restaurants and the sites in Belém are are close by. Antonio the owner went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable, provide advice and share some of the history of the area and Portugal.

Apartment with perfect location.

A very clean and tidy apartment. It has everything you need for a undisturbed and comfortable stay. It’s in a quiet area away from the main road. An excellent location for easy access to the City or a walk into Belem. A couple of small shops within a stones throw with larger Supermarkets being around a 15-20 minute walk away. A Tram stop at the end of the road and Belem train station just a short walk away. The train was definitely the cheapest way of getting into the City centre and back. Anótonio was there to welcome us and to eagerly give us plenty of tourist information advice. Thank you António! You won’t be disappointed with this accommodation and it’s at a great price too!

A Nice Clean Home Away From Home

Antonio is a good host. The apartment was clean and convenient to walk to all the restaurants around Belem. I recommend the train to Cascaius for a day trip. You will not regret a stay in this nice apartment.

Way more than we expected!

Let me think.......trying to find something negative to say about our stay here! Hmmm, not happening! Antonio met us right on time (although that was actually 3 hours before the normal check in time). The apartment is adorable (albeit a bit small but perfect for two to four people). It was very clean, well stocked with essentials, lots of hot water (yay!), and most importantly - QUIET! Very close to the main street of Belem, therefore walking distance to everything we needed: supermarket, dining, tourist attractions, train, tram, buses, even the ferry. Antonio was a perfect host, recommending things to see and places to go. We would definitely book another stay here if we return to Lisbon! Obrigado, Antonio!

La localisation est top. Le propriétaire un peu invasif. Le braker à sauter 3 fois pendant notre séjour et il est situé dans l’appartement d’en dessous chez sa mère de plus de 80 ans. La propreté laisse à désirer ainsi que le confort des lits

Alojamiento bien comunicado

Lo bueno del alojamiento es que está bien comunicado y para dormir y desayunar que es lo que hacíamos suficiente El registro de entrada muy malo ya que el propietario no está pendiente de los huéspedes, las llaves me las dio su madre de casi 90 años que vive debajo. Si buscas un alojamiento bien comunicado está es buena opción ya que el tranvía está a 5 minutos. Facilidad para aparcar por la zona y sitio muy tranquilo para dormir Por parte del propietario no esperéis nada ya que no está en ningún momento pendiente de su alojamiento Ningún tipo ciudad por parte del propietario en definitiva

Como en casa!!

Todo genial!! António nuestro anfitrión fue muy amable, nos dejó entrar antes del checking y se preocupó en todo momento que estuviéramos como en casa. La situación del apartamento es estupenda está cerca de paradas de tranvía y autobús y muy tranquilo por la noche que es importante en una ciudad tan visitada. Las camas muy cómodas y muy limpio todo, algo muy importante es que se aparca fácil y gratis en la misma calle.

Court sejour à Lisbonne

Bien située, conforme à l'annonce. A 6, c'est un logement satisfaisant pour ce séjour découverte de la ville (nous ne sommes pas restés beaucoup fans le logement) Le propriétaire est sympathique et a pu nous aider. Les transports en commun sont nombreux et il est donc facile de rejoindre le centre de Lisbonne.

Appartement agréable parfait pour un court séjour.

Appartement agréable parfait pour 4 personnes. Quartier calme la nuit. Ce que nous souhaitions donc parfait pour nous. En revanche si vous cherchez à être proche de l animation du centre ville pour vos soirées préferez un logement dans un des quartiers du centre. Cependant Bus et Tram en direction du centre sont à proximité (même station pour ces 2 transports, située à deux minutes a pied). Comptez 20mn de trajet pour rejoindre le centre. Antonio est un proprietaire sympathique qui a proposé de venir nous récupérer a l'aéroport. Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas Lisbonne cela peut être rassurant et pratique. Au retour nous avons pris les transports en commun qui sont bien développés à Lisbonne : Tram + metro pour rejoindre l aeroport (environ 1h10 de trajet). Entierement satisfait de cet appartement.
