Bedrooms are very small. One of the bedrooms has a curtain as a door, the other one the door doesnt close because of the bed (had to move the bed across the room to manage it). The shower got cold very quickly. Very close to Avenia tube station. Be prepared to walk uphill and upstairs with luggage (streets are very narrow for cars to get close to property, some of them blocked by other cars). Staircase ti get to flat has quite narrow steps for carrying luggage.

Avoid this place for your stay in Lisbon

Terrible apartment. Old building falling down. Cokroaches in the main building entrance and in the stairs by night. Apartment entrance door not locking from the inside, rats traps in every room. Very disappointed by the place. The only positive points are the location (even if the neighbourhood is not very safe and it is dirty), the kitchen which is small but well equiped and the 2 small berdrooms. The price is very high for a very low standards place like this.

Mäusedreck in der Küche Mikrowelle Verschmutzt , Elektrizitätversorgung ungenügend, Mehrere Glühbirnen defekt , mussten in Eigenregie ersetzt werden, Für 4 Personen völlig ungenügend Agentur Homing nicht erreichbar!! Unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung Hausflur ( Treppenhaus) in Katastrophalem Zustand, keine Beleuchtung, Treppe desolat….. Wenn man etwas gutes an der Wohnung finden möchte Kann man die Lage hervorheben das war’s aber dann… Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen!

Sehr gute Lage, die Metro ist fußläufig zu erreichen und man kann auch zu Fuß bis zum Zentrum laufen. Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, kein Autolärm, man kann gut schlafen. Die Räume sind recht klein aber freundlich eingerichtet, völlig ausreichend, da man sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Leider wurde im Untergeschoss des Hauses renoviert, so dass es beim Eintreten ins Treppenhaus etwas muffig roch. Im Appartement aber nicht mehr. Da es ein altes Haus ist, war es durch die dicken Mauern angenehm kühl. Nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt Richtung Rossioplatz kann man prima frühstücken für wenig Geld.
